Earlier in her career, Kelly helped lead operations for one of New York City’s largest luxury mixed-use developments, including a 100,000-square-foot private wellness and lifestyle club. Her work spanned hospitality, resident experience, events, partnerships, communications, vendor management, and day-to-day operational oversight across a highly visible residential environment.
